I have twenty-plus years of Insurance experience across multiple disciplines and in leadership roles including Distribution Leadership, Sales Management, Underwriting Management, Product Management, and Project Management along with Training in both a Field and Staff capacity in multiple geographies. Most recently, I transitioned to a role as AVP, Business Lines Region Director in Liberty Mutual's Midwest Region leading a group of top-notch Senior Territory Managers charged with driving favorable production and loss results for the Independent Retail Insurance Agency Partners in our sub-region. I truly believe that collaboration is the ultimate key to success regardless of the business environment.
