Having worked in the travel industry for over 15 years I have developed a wide range of skills. I am dependable, reliable, proactive, hardworking and accountable with extensive background in customer service standards and expectations. Working for your company as a team player or on my own I’ll bring a sense of humor and an outgoing personality. I can combine effective communication skills with my product knowledge to help identify opportunities and deliver a satisfactory outcome for both customers and company. I have experience with product marketing, managing a sales team and dealing with day-to-day issues of both working in and supporting a travel office.
