With a unique educational and entrepreneurial background, I believe I'm able to see the bigger picture for my clients compared to most corporate lawyers who have never been on your side of the phone. As an executive and Board/committee member at a number of technology and mining companies I co-founded, I draw on my own first-hand experiences to advise entrepreneurs on the legal aspects of establishing, financing and operating a company, as well as taking it public. I have also worked extensively as in-house counsel for a number of public and private companies in almost every industry. Just like my clients, I've seen a bit of everything, and my advice goes beyond the black letter of the law. I pride myself on creating and fostering client relationships based on enabling and problem solving, my collaborative mindset and my ability to draw on unique insights, perspectives, and skills gained from post-graduate studies and real-world business experience.
