Jeff Ziarko

Jeff manages Enhanced Capital’s relationships with federal, state and local government stakeholders in order to maintain and develop public policy-based business opportunities for the firm. Prior to joining Enhanced Capital, Jeff was a Senior Economic Policy Advisor for the Ways &a; Means Committee Democratic staff, and Congressman Sander Levin, the Committee’s Ranking Member. He served on Congressman Levin’s staff since 2005 and handled issues related to tax policy, financial services, housing, the automotive industry and economic development. This included legislation introduced by Congressman Levin to enhance access to capital for small businesses, promote domestic manufacturing, support municipal debt markets, and improve the fairness of the tax system. Jeff holds bachelor’s degrees in finance and political economy from Michigan State University and an M.A. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University.
