Jeffery Nebeker

Jeff has more than 30 years of business and technology leadership, management, and operations experience in information management, disciplined and rigorous operations within nuclear, environment, health, and safety disciplines. He has held leadership and operations responsibilities in organizations that design-build business, scientific, engineering, independent and enterprise systems. Several of the systems have been recognized by the United States Department of Energy (DOE) as innovative solutions that fundamentally improve how work is accomplished - while experiencing a high degree of embedded compliance and quality. Jeff has led all aspects of Business Process Analysis, Software Systems Engineering, Software Quality Assurance, Project and Portfolio Management from an operations, middle management and corporate executive perspective. Recognized as a catalyst in positioning Information Management/Technology as a partner with Business, Nuclear Science and Technology, Energy and Environment Science and Technology, and National and Homeland Security Science and Technology mission organizations in utilizing technology as an enabler in achieving programmatic vision and objectives. Jeff recently lead CRI Advantage in the achievement of their Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) Moderate Security Level facility and program and the CMMI Level 3, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 20000:2011, and ISO 27001:2013 certifications.
