I have over 25 years of experience with software development, trouble shooting and testing on Embedded Systems, Mobile Computers, PCs and Communication Systems. My wide breadth of knowledge and strong communication skills allow me to translate complex issue from the technical novice to management, or the expert engineer. My background in software includes application development, libraries, device drivers and testing on DOS, Windows, Windows Mobile, Mini DOS, Android, Linux and others embedded operating systems. Over my career I have supported platforms ranging from rugged tablets running windows, handheld mobile devices to firmware running on peripherals. I have experience in working directly with customers and end users, field teams, engineers , marketing and support teams. I am a stakeholder for product releases and a proponent for lessons learned. I am known for being the voice of reason for go / no go release decisions. I am asked for by name by multiple global accounts to assist in resolving complex issues. I am the go to engineer to solve problems in high pressure situations. I have been acclaimed throughout my career for my ability to calm down customers and to build confidence that their issues will be resolved. I have also worked as a field system engineer capturing customer requirements for hardware and software and then deploying the solution to the field. I Innovative, build and ​support tools and utilities to identify and resolve customer field issues. This allows the support and field teams to gather problem data more efficiently.
