Jeffrey Mutschler

I started work in IT at a medium sized Managed Service Provider in Upland California. I began work in the Tech Bench imaging, repairing, and wiping laptops, desktops and servers. I moved onto the position of Field Technician and began managing businesses IT needs. I moved onto the US Army Corps of Engineers as a PC Technician, providing desk-side and remote support. I then was promoted to the position of Site POC Lead Technician, where I managed a team of four other techs. I oversaw the refreshing of over 300 laptops in a 5 month span of time, including upgrading Field Sites to 10Mbps fiber optic network. Shortly thereafter I was once again promoted, that time to the role of Windows System Administrator, where I created and managed User Accounts, DLL's and Security Groups for the entirety of the South Pacific Division. Alongside that I manage and deploy servers, switches, routers, access points, IDS/IPS devices, and firewalls. I am now the District Site Supervisor for Southern California and manage a team of 5 PC technicians and 1 Windows System Administrator while still maintaining my duties as a Senior Windows Systems Administrator.
