I’m a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architect. I specialize in leading and delivering the software implementation from a functional perspective. I have over 13 years of experience with the product on both the customer and consulting sides, having guided multiple companies across various industries through each phase of deployment. I leverage the standard functionality to accommodate most customer processes and skillfully mold the solution through code modification design to meet remaining requirements. In implementations, I perform a detailed business analysis to ensure a solid project foundation. I assist in team management and leadership and steer the project away from traditional pitfalls to successfully migrate, configure, design, test and deliver the solution. In post go-live roles, I diagnose and resolve issues caused by the initial implementation. I refine a company’s ability to analyze and make decisions based on its data, streamline inefficient business processes to maximize competence and lead a company to fully realize its potential with Dynamics 365.
