I have been in the hospitality industry for almost 3 years now. And I believe that I have acquired the knowledge and the capacity to build some creative ideas on providing the best guest services. To cater and anticipate the needs and wants of people who have traveled away from their homes, away from their comfort zones. I have started at the very bottom of this industry. And now I have learned to adapt to ever changing circumstances and respond to fluid environments. I am very much open to share my knowledge and work across boundaries. And through this industry that I have chose, this made me culturally sensitive, since I have been working with people who are from different countries with different cultures. It made me respect the opinions and views of others, which made a positive difference to my colleagues and guests.
