I am a highly driven individual with particular skill in handling sensitive and challenging customer interactions. I have extensive experience in demanding, information-driven roles, and am currently working as an emergency call handler with Caerphilly Careline. I'm extremely steadfast in my nature and I like to get the job done properly; I ensure I meet deadlines whilst also allowing a margin for error, because it is wise to pace yourself and ask for a second opinion. My current role allows for no mistakes as it is an emergency service, therefore ensuring targets are met and information is up to date is absolutely paramount. I believe I am an asset to my employer as I introduce a unique dynamic to any team, and I'm confident that my skills and experience are valued within the workplace.
