Jen Skordis

My career path to date has been colourful, exciting and challenging, with new skills being harnessed through each milestone achieved. I have an ability to tap into both my creative, confident and artistic side, whilst having a strong need to follow a level or systematic order and process – think flowcharts and spider diagrams. Being a team leader, or taking on additional tasks and workload is something I will raise my hand to every time, and sinking my teeth into a new challenge is daunting yet empowering and exciting at the same time. I see myself as being able to add value to teams through mutual understanding and learning, my ability to give all of myself and dive in head first. In my career, I have been lucky enough to work on exciting and varied projects, leading to have learnt some great skills along the way. Some of the standouts include the day to day and staff of a performance marketing team, offline media production and management, digital communications development and management and comprehensive through-the-line campaigns, from inception to completion. To sum me up: I am a diligent hardworking and creative individual who works well in an individual or team environment. I work well under pressure, being both analytical and logical, yet love being creative and thinking out of the box. I have an optimistic and positive approach in life which I maintain in the workplace. I thrive on working at a relentless pace, while remaining calm, resilient and flexible in any deadline-driven, results-focused creative marketing environment.
