Jenna Rutherford

With stops along the way in hospitality, event management, PR and marketing, my career trajectory has lead me to realize what is most important to me: helping others thrive and getting people to be excited about their growth and development. I have found a home in Learning and Development and enabling teams to be more productive and perform at their best by providing them the knowledge and skills they need. I practice the ADDIE framework for building content, but I primarily focus on how to use learning and coaching efforts to fill business needs. With an industry that is constantly evolving, I enjoy keeping up with the latest trends and evaluating them with the business’ current climate. Although unconventional, my past has provided me with plenty of experiences that taught me how to communicate (verbally and in writing) explain, teach and understand a goal and how best to achieve it with existing resources. Qualities I believe help to make a great learning and development professional. I seek to be a strategic partner with leadership, managers and individual contributors alike. Let’s get better together!
