Jenna Saint Louis

Jenna joined SCL in 2014 and currently serves as the company’s Proposal Coordinator. In this role, Jenna is primarily responsible for responding to both prospective and current client requests for information. She coordinates with internal departments to gather necessary information; creates formal, concise, visually appealing response and sales documents; and manages overall project success through adherence to established department expectations, as well as client-stated requirements. Over 13 years of experience with proposal development, as well as 10 years with PBMs, has provided Jenna with a skill-set that allows her to offer significant value in her current position. Her understanding of the PBM industry and client expectations allows her to focus on effectively communicating the value-add services available to our clients, while her experience in multiple organizations and management structures has exposed her to many best practices that she brings with her to SCL. Further, Jenna has honed her ability to identify client goals and effectively tailor responses to ensure a complete understanding of how we can meet those needs. In addition to proposal management, Jenna works with the Marketing department as an internal resource for developing graphics for proposals, presentations, trade show displays and sales documents. Additionally, she shares responsibility with the Marketing Services Coordinator for the assembly of a “News Blast” distributed to clients on a bi-weekly basis.
