Jenni Smith

A Non-Executive Director with extensive experience as a global ASX executive director working across highly regulated environments of financial services, telecommunications and broadcasting in Australia, Hong Kong and the UK. Jenni has highly developed leadership abilities with strong emphasis on working collaboratively with board members and senior executives to maximise shareholder value. Jenni's current board portfolio includes organisations in retail, SMSF, registry services and education. Jenni runs her own advisory business advising boards and CEOs on strategy, people and culture. Strong emphasis on people and culture led strategy formulation and execution. Expertise includes executive remuneration design and implementation to support performance outcomes. Most recently Jenni was Group Executive Officer People & Communications for the QBE Insurance Group (market cap AUD$14b) with a geographic footprint spanning 37 countries and over 14,500 people. Jenni has extensive experience reporting to, and influencing, the Board's Remuneration Committee and senior executive on operational transformation, people and culture strategies and reputation management. Jenni has executed the integration of global acquisitions across multiple geographies delivered through technology, off-shoring and restructuring complex operating models.
