Jennifer Goldman, M.Ed., PMP

As an Oklahoma educator for more than twenty years, I have developed strong organizational leadership skills with an excellent ability in using critical thinking as a problem solver. My journey includes administrative experiences as a project management officer, director of student services, Title IX coordinator, IT manager of a project management office, IT project manager, technology coordinator, substitute coordinator, trainer, and a classroom teacher. I am firm, fair, consistent, and calm in making decisions. In support of the mission to provide hope to children and families throughout Oklahoma; our true north guides us in our work and supports collaboration with partners. Currently, I am responsible for the establishment and total operation of the agency's Project Management Office (PMO). Through establishment and oversight of the agency's PMO, my team will work with cross-functional teams on a variety of agency-wide projects, ensuring functional and technical deliverables are met. Through planning, developing, and implementing project plans consistent with project objectives, financial parameters, and business requirements; our team will ensure quality project delivery to successfully meet the needs and requirements of the agency.
