It has always been my dream to be a nurse. After going the business route right out of school with a Bachelor in Business Administration from Friends University, four years ago I decided that it was time. The past two years have been wonderful. The opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives has been very fulfilling. I enjoy working with children especially. I love watching them smile and helping them feel comfortable with procedures or scary medical situations. In August I was presented with the opportunity to move up to a Clinical Nurse Coordinator of the Pediatric Emergency Department position. This will allow me to give other employees opportunities of growth and grow our pediatric department.
