I believe there is no such thing as impossible when you have spirit, courage, and moxie. I live by this in my personal life and in my career. At SAP I I oversaw state-of-the-art cloud-based HR systems for SAP across a global footprint supporting 100,000+ employees in 144 countries. Part of my journey was based on my ability to get in on the ground floor of the technology movement as a Implementation consultant for the industry-leading SuccessFactors, which SAP acquired in 2012. After four years of consulting work, I was ready to move into management, and would head back into HR.I’ve become a cloud technology expert, but remain grounded in old-school principles like talent development and customer service that define our industry as a people business. I remain committed to delivering a 5-star consumer experience no matter how automated the process becomes, and I pride myself on developing top talent, mentoring future leaders, and building high-performance support teams that help execute on the strategic vision.I am grateful to be able to have spent time in environments such as Human Resources, Professional Services, and IT. The ability to focus on the people in the company I work for, focus on external customers and their success, as well as focus on continuously improving processes using technology gives me valuable insight and expertise.
