Jens Erik Gould is founder of Amalga Group, a staffing firm providing cost-effective and highly qualified talent specializing in digital marketing, IT, tech, and customer service. Amalga staffs companies including startups, agencies and enterprise with highly skilled talent across a wide spectrum of roles. Jens brings over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, corporate communications and journalism. He has created and led strategic marketing campaigns for firms including Apollo Global Management and Credit Suisse, including managing and expanding internal employee platforms, investor content portals and public-facing digital publications. He has also carried out social media campaigns, launched video and podcast series to boost thought leadership and enhance employee engagement. As a journalist and foreign correspondent for over 10 years, Jens covered politics, economics, public health, finance and energy across the U.S. And Latin America for news outlets including Bloomberg News, TIME Magazine and The New York Times. Jens received two Pulitzer Center grants, was a Fulbright scholar, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
