Jens Maes

My name is Jens Maes. I am part of the department Process Optimalization at PASolutions! 📈 My story: After my internship at the University of Applied Science in Merseburg, Germany I graduated as a Process Technologist in Chemistry. I went on to complete another BanaBa, Advanced Business Management and Entrepreneurship. 👨🎓 My strength is combining my technical process knowledge with my management skills to motivate and strengthen the team.💪 My first work experience was at Ajinomoto Omnichem. I was a chemical operator for 1,5 years. This challenge gave me a lot of hands-on experience. It became clear to me that practice can often differ a lot from theory.👷 Thanks to this interesting experience, I got the opportunity to be part of a new team at PA solutions. My main task is to deal with Alarm management. We write out the alarm philosophy, think about the alarm rationalization and we analyse the situation. Together with our colleagues, the programming engineers, at PA Solutions, we offer a complete, tailor-made, solution.⏰ Our business unit is also engaged in setting up a user requirement specifications (URS), high performance HMI, Digital Twin and 2D and 3D P&ID drawing work. We want to reach the full potential of all processes!
