As a Sr Manager of Sales Operations at Schwan's Company, I lead a team that provides technical support, business analysis, and decision-making support to ensure the company's long-term strategic objectives are met. As part of my role, I have the opportunity to continuely expand my experiences in sales operations, system and business process development, business systems analysis, and project management in the CPG industry.My core competencies include strategic planning, defining requirements, designing and implementing business processes and tools, resolving business issues, development and ownership of system/business reporting, and vendor management. Every day provides new opportunities to help drive sales execution excellence and motivate frontline sales teams. I also leverage my skills in analytics, creative problem solving, and communication to partner with other business divisions, IT, and vendors to expand functionality and improve performance.
