Strategy, ESG and M&A professional passionate about producing the commodities we need to enable global decarbonisation and lift living standards in jurisdictions facing energy poverty. Increasingly, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) considerations are core to mining strategy and M&A activities. I have extensive ESG experience including decarbonisation, climate change strategy, water stewardship and social value. I bring this sustainability lens to strategy, acquisition prioritisation, new country entry opportunities, and downstream value chain opportunities to enable development of sustainable commodity portfolios. Core skills in strategy development and execution, business case development, portfolio wide financial evaluations, leading cross functional virtual teams and communication to senior executive teams.
