Hello, my name is Jessica Ramos and I enjoy helping people find their voice. Throughout my years as a working professional I have been able discover many career paths that were not properly suited for me. It has also been able to lead me directly where I want to go, employee culture. Based on prior experience, I have a firm belief that when employees are engaged, given a listening ear, and invested in, that they will stay a part of the company and become family. By going back to basics and celebrating people for who they are, employees will be able to see work as not a thing they have to do but instead it will be a passion that they have and enjoy.
