I strongly believe that creating and eating quality, healthy, clean and nutritious food not only can taste amazing but it is also an evolution towards ourselves, the people and towards the planet I am Venezuelan, trilingual (Italian, Spanish, English), I started cooking 15 years ago in London, and I have been through many different experiences in the catering world both from a Managerial / Consultant and as a Chef point of view, I define myself as a determined person, dynamic with spirit of initiative and results-oriented. My vision is to improve people's lives and i strive to encourage everyone to eat better, healthier and happier.
