I help clients reduce risk and add value with respect to their real estate holdings and developments. I regularly assist real estate developers and investors in all aspects of their real estate projects, including the negotiation of purchase contracts, due diligence, governmental approvals and zoning matters, financing and leasing. We help clients add value to their projects through public financing tools. I also help clients structure and dispose of their real estate investments in a tax-advantageous manner, including assisting in Starker and reverse 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. I also regularly represent financial institutions in real estate financing transactions, including construction financing, loan workouts and modifications.
