Jim's Real Estate career spans over 40 years, commencing as a Raine and Horne franchise owner with an office in Newtown in Sydney's inner west. Jim ran this franchise office successfully during the eighties. In the late eighties Jim was recruited from his Newtown office to become Raine and Horne Country and Coastal Franchise Manager responsible for NSW, ACT, VIC, and TAS opening new offices and training real Estate agents in these four regions L J Hooker headhunted Jim to run the NSW Franchise team for them, again opening new offices and training real estate agents. A blimp occurred in his career during divorce which saw Jim move to QLD to be Franchise Manager for both ELDER's and PRD Real Estate over the next four years, Jim co wrote operating manuals for franchise operators for both companies Sydney in 1995 saw Jim open his own business in the CBD. The business focused on Project Marketing and Accounting and Solutions for Investors. This business ran successfully until 2010 when Jim's work colleagues purchased the business from him. During this time Jim wrote APPRECIATING ASSETS an Australian guide to making money and keeping it. Jim also Develops small residential developments in carefully researched regions around Australia. His strategy is to build and hold these properties to continue to increase his Property Portfolio Jim's Involvement in the new company Home Buyers Network Australia is workable strategies for First Home buyers and Investors alike. This company has been formed with many past customers who along with Jim want to share their experiences of investing over the last few decades using Jim's strategies and budgeting solutions for growth in personal finances to achieve long term goals.
