His firm focuses on areas that include network, UCaaS, CCaaS, security, cloud, IoT/mobility, professional services, and voice. Jim is an accomplished technology executive with over 25 years of proven success in telecommunications, Security, IT Solutions and Supply chain. Jim brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and proven strategies to his clients. His areas of expertise include executive leadership, consultative sales, advisory consulting, and business development.Prior to owning C2XCEL, Jim worked in leadership roles with multiple telecommunication carriers, including AT&T, for over a decade. Jim served 10 years in the Army, including 8 months deployment in Desert Storm/Shield.Jim graduated from Baylor University with degrees in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. In 2021, Jim started a charity , McNeese Kids. McNeese Kids believes that every child deserves the opportunity to be the best version of themselves – and to live a life free of neglect and abuse.
