Jimmy Doulos

I am an entrepreneurial education consultant, working closely with the Nicarguan Ministry of Education. My main objective is to train and advise highschool teachers, enabling them to better educate future Nicaraguan entrepreneurs. Additionally, through my close ties within the community, I am able to educate and mentor business owner, especially in the restauran and hospitality industry. Prior to my Peace Corps service, I worked 2 years working at a Christian ministry called My Brother's Keeper, where I was in charge of guiding hundreds of volunteers as we provided furniture and food deliveries to some of the neediest communities in the greater Boston area. The majority of my working career was spent in restaurants where I was the executive chef and owner of my family's Boston landmark restaurant, Jimmy's Harborside.
