Jimmy Kurian

I have been working in the Information Technology industry now for 22+ years and have substantial knowledge on Internet Technologies, Web Applications, Network, Security and Cryptographic protocols and technologies. My industry exposure include e-Commerce, Telecom, Retail and Health care. I have taken my MS in Computer Science and Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology, Finland, after completing my BTech in Computer Engineering. In my career I have worked in various roles such as Developer, Researcher, Lead, Architect, Account Delivery Manager and now as Capability/Practice Lead. I'm currently the Global Delivery Lead for DXC's SAP ICX (Intelligent Customer Experience) practice, and the India capability lead for SAP CX, heading the SAP CX team from India. I have strong leadership, communication and organization skills. I have a passion for developing successful trusted relationships between organizations and clients which thrives. I'm a performance-driven leader who is passionate about technology and people. I strongly believe that motivating employees and building trust in them is the most important factor in increasing the productivity and bringing out the synergy of any team.
