I'm an Account Executives at Geopostcodes, focusing on helping enterprise organisations solve their geographical data needs, but how did I get here...After a relatively unsuccessful youth football career, I decided that I would stay with the game I loved and moved into football coaching. Becoming a coach allowed me to view things from a different perspective and realise the value that an outside pair of eyes can have on any given situation.To keep a long story short, I travelled around the world coaching football and found myself in different parts of China from 2013 up until the start of COVID in 2020. In that time I founded and ran a successful youth football academy where I would create partnerships with local Chinese governments, schools and several large international groups. Having managed to sell up and move out of China just before the pandemic, I moved to Belgium with my Flemish partner. After moving here, I made a conscious decision to move away from sport and test the skills I had acquired from running my own business in a more traditional office-based environment. Turns out that these skills transferred over pretty well and I've managed my work my way up to where I find myself today.I now work with an amazing team helping companies improve their geographic data.Want to know more?
