Last year, my husband and I moved from the Washington DC suburbs to Coastal Delaware. The Delaware beaches were a favorite family vacation destination.. However, it is the unmatched beauty, lifestyle and financial advantages of Coastal Delaware that prompted us to relocate – and likewise prompted me to enter the real estate business.Prior to becoming a realtor, Joan had a successful marketing career in the meetings and convention industry. Skilled at developing client loyalty in both association and corporate markets. High visibility positions resulting in consistent new business development across diverse geographical markets.
