In my 14 years's of work experience, I have defined customer expectations (Business Analyst, System Analyst) and improved customer experience through innovation (banking solutions, insurance solutions), improved customer satisfaction by resolving customer issues (Manager Customer Care), and driven channel utilization (Channel Manager). I have also been involved in Implementation of solutions (Change Manager, Project Management). There is nothing I enjoy like finding solutions through technology (I believe you can do anything through technology, the designer is the key), fiddling with data to tell a story and simply creating what-if scenarios that lead to solutions which delight a customer and myself of course.
