Over 18 years of experience gained in numerous companies of variety of sectors at different positions -initially as an assistant to President, in subsequent years - Office Manager, HR Manager and Director. Main areas of responsibility (past and current): people management, general office management, translations, organization and arrangement of events, preparation of management board meetings minutes both in English and in Polish, participation in WSE's strategic projects, soft HR issues such as headcount monitoring, career development, appraisals, recruitment projects. Between 09/2009 - 03.2013 I worked in the Market Development Department at Warsaw Stock Exchange. During that period my main areas of responsibility focused on cooperation with the WSE members (especially market animators) as well as participation in WSE strategic projects development. Currently I cooperate with Authorised Advisors at the position of Head of Authorised Advisor's Team, Issuer's Department of the WSE.
