I've been working in marketing and advertising for nearly 20 years - both agency and client side. Projects that most interest me are purpose-driven marketing initiatives that really matter. That's why I work in education marketing. Connecting schools with fantastic tools that support their students' development and wellbeing is what really brings me joy. I work on marketing strategy, branding, and campaign planning and delivery. Though, I must admit, I'm happiest when I'm in the thick of writing impactful copy. I'm currently shaping a family drama that unfolds against the backdrop of a mysterious murder. I'm delighted to be part of Faber Academy's flagship 'Writing a novel' course, which I'll complete in the summer. I'm also constantly updating my blog - This Time - sharing inspirational stories that aim to bring a little smile to my readers. I'm fortunate to spend three days in the office and two following my creative pursuits.
