Established in May 2016, Gen² Property Ltd is a Private Sector company with a Public Sector heart, specifically set up to deliver innovative property services to a wide range of Public Sector clients throughout Kent and beyond. I can demonstrate a strong skill set in terms of successful project delivery and the ability to work with the various stakeholders within each project. In my most recent role I have become accustomed to working at a strategic level which enables innovation, planning and successful resource management, financial as well as staffing. I am constantly involved in recruitment which has developed my team management skills and working with the head of service to use this to ensure positive and compliant project delivery. This has increased my professional network which I see as key to development of any role that I undertake.
