I have a passion for mental health and wellbeing, particularly in the workplace. We spend the majority of our lives at work, so health within the workplace is just as paramount as it would be at home. I am striving to help make my workplace rich in knowledge and resources to help their employees as much as possible, on a personal level. While always working within a customer-facing role, which I also did alongside my journalism degree, I have found I have a flair for working with people, communicating and understanding. I have am Mental Health First Aid trained, have worked in coaching and mentoring and am part of a group within my organisation that runs activities and all things mental health. Outside of work, I am also obtaining further qualifications in counselling.
