Jodie Resnick

Jodie Resnick brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the entertainment industry with expertise in digital strategy and production, brand and franchise management, corporate citizenship, promotions, and partnership marketing, working on some of the world’s most iconic brands including Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars.Jodie got her start at Paramount Digital Entertainment, where under her leadership, Entertainment Tonight Online was awarded the Best Entertainment Website at the 1998 Hollywood Film Festival. Since joining The Walt Disney Company over 24 years ago, Jodie has held leadership roles in various segments including Disney Online, Disney Interactive, Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media and Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. Her work and charitable contributions have received many accolades over the years. During her time at Disney Online, Jodie was part of the 2002 Disney VoluntEARS Team of the Year, and in 2004, she was named Disney VoluntEAR of the Year acknowledging her outstanding work with Hathaway Child and Family Services. While leading Corporate Citizenship for Disney Interactive, Jodie and team won the 2017 CoachART Team of the Year Award for programs creating a transformative arts community for families impacted by childhood chronic illness. That same year, she received the Gold Halo Award, North America’s highest honor for corporate social initiatives and cause marketing, recognizing her “Moana: Wayfinding with Code” campaign. Jodie also served on the Disney VoluntEARS Steering Committee from 2003-2005. Today, Jodie leads the Strategic Marketing Partnerships, Promotions & Synergy team within Yellow Shoes, the award-winning global in-house creative agency for Disney Parks, Experiences and Products. Her team develops strategic, innovative marketing partnerships and promotions that deliver impactful results, drive scale, and create crave for Disney Parks & Resorts, Disney Signature Experiences, Consumer Products, Games and Publishing priorities. A native of Southern California, Jodie graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in cinema-television. She serves on the Los Angeles Advisory Board for PACER’s National Bullying Prevention Center, which actively leads social change to prevent childhood bullying so that all youth are safe and supported in their schools, communities and online. Jodie currently resides in Calabasas, California and competes on the hunter/jumper show circuit with her horse, Sully.
