I have more than 20 years of experience providing financial advisory and restructuring services to distressed entities and various creditor and lender constituents both inside and outside of the bankruptcy process encompassing more than 100 case involvements. I have advised distressed entities, lender groups, and unsecured creditors' committees on the preparation and analysis of business plans, cash flow projections, restructuring programs, and proposed transactions for which debtors seek bankruptcy court approval including evaluating competing bids in connection with the sale of corporate assets, DIP financing or use of cash collateral, and plans of reorganization. I also have extensive experience in providing litigation support, expert witness, and trial services related to preferential transfers, solvency and fraudulent conveyances, substantive consolidation, claims litigation, and plan feasibility disputes, including the preparation of thousands of analyses.
