Currently, I am a Communications Specialist for the Francis Howell School District, helping spread the word about the great things happening at our schools through electronic writing, photography, and video production. After producing several videos for FHSD, our YouTube Channel (linked below) has turned into a viable communication tool, with more than one hundred subscribers and videos that highlight programs and students. This has spurred positive engagement on our Facebook and Twitter platforms, better informing parents and creating more of a sense of community. Other duties include, but are not limited to: electronic news/marketing content management and system integration, electronic flyer distribution system implementation and management, website content management for 24 sites. I also continue to produce video for the City of O'Fallon on a part-time basis, as well as perform Talent for various projects. I love being part of team, and excel both in front or behind a camera. I hope I am a viable asset for my current employer (or could be with any prospective organization.) With versatile skills and an insatiable thirst for knowledge, my goal is to continue developing into an even more well-rounded broadcaster, writer, and educator.
