Howell Construction is a Colorado-based, regionally focused, full-service general contractor founded in 1935. Our profile includes general construction, design-build and construction management for the Advanced Industries, Corporate Interiors, General Commercial, Healthcare, and Public industry sectors. Howell has maintained our excellent reputation through a steadfast commitment to quality client service. Howell’s passion for building is demonstrated on every project, which is why 85 percent of our business is from repeat clients. Joe joined Howell Construction in 1995 as Vice-President and became President in 2001. He has been instrumental in transforming Howell from a small family run business into a leader in the market niches of Technology, Life Sciences, Health Care and General Commercial. During his tenure at Howell, Joe has become known for creating construction solutions that integrate with client's strategic business objectives. His consultative style has help Howell form strategic partnerships and long-term alliances with many leading Colorado companies. Joe is currently a board member for the Associated General Contractors and an active member in the Colorado WPO chapter, as well as on the Board of Governors for the Metro Denver Economic Development Council. He has been an active contributor with the "Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver", spending 7 years on the Associate Board and the last 6 years on the Board of Directors.
