Joel was previously a Senior Product Manager at a digital innovation consultancy called Rangle.io. He collaborated as a strategic partner with various clients across industries and disciplines, in order to deliver products and customer experiences. At TD Canada Trust, Joel represented the Everyday Banking line of business in delivering and providing the best digital customer experiences for personal banking customers. Joel uses a collaborative approach to ensure that risks and concerns are highlighted before they occur, providing a "no-surprise" experience. He is driven to succeed and proactive, leveraging his technical background to look at the big picture and distilling it down to the bare essentials. He is known for his detail-oriented and analytical mindset, developed over 6+ years where he acted as a product lead effectively delivering on multiple digital projects within tight deadlines. Joel enjoys launching new digital products and platforms that solve complicated problems via elegant solutions.
