I’ve sorted through and evaluated more than my fair share of resumes over the years. As an integrative and insightful thinker, I can help you bring your best self forward in your resume and bring that extra bit of spark that may catch your readers’ eye. That helps my clients feel more comfortable as they practice responding to questions they are likely to face as part of a telephone screening or an in-person job interview with someone from HR or the hiring manager. I help my clients identify and deal with nervous mannerisms, respond to their most likely uncomfortable questions, and prepare themselves mentally and physically for interviews. Prior to establishing my Minneapolis-based independent practice, I provided similar services through two career coaching firms. I have: been a consultant to management; designed and implemented performance management systems; and conducted management culture surveys, job candidate selection, and conflict resolution. I have held a number of human resource roles, including Director of Human Resources in two companies. I bring of these skills and experiences to bear in my current practice of career coaching.
