He served as a Managing Director and Principal Executive Officer of Bottling Group LLC. John Cahill served at The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. as the Chief Executive Officer from September 2001 to July 2006, as the Chairman from January 2003 to 2006, and as an Executive Chairman from July 2006 to March 31, 2007. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Kentucky Fried Chicken since 1993 and as Chief Financial Officer of RKO Pictures, Inc. John Cahill has been an Executive Chairman and Director of Kraft Foods Group, Inc. since October 1, 2012. He served as an Executive Chairman of Kraft Foods North America of Mondelez International, Inc. John Cahill spent nine years with PepsiCo, Inc., in a variety of roles. He also served as Chairman of the National Soft Drink Association, now American Beverage Association and as a Director of Hostess Brands, Inc. since February 2009. John Cahill is a Member of Board of Directors at Legg Mason Inc.He has been a Director at Legg Mason Inc. since February 2010. He has been an Independent Director of Colgate-Palmolive Co. since October 2005. John Cahill serves on the Boards of the U.S.- Russia Business Council, the Woodward/White Publishing Company, and the Industry Affairs Council of the Grocery Manufacturers of America. He received his MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College.
