My career motivations have always been -- and will always be -- to work with people who inspire me and to work in an area I’m passionate about. As one of the very first members of the Jumper Media family, I can honestly say I’ve found that “career motivation.” I get to talk to hundreds of different (yet awesome!) businesses, each with a unique story -- that I help share with the world in a meaningful way, all while playing with cameras and doing what I love… Then to top it off, we do it on the beach in San Diego … Yeah, I’m one happy camper! Beginning my career at one of the leading hospitality brands in the industry was a blessing. The service-oriented mentality they engrained within their team became a core professional value that is the foundation of every strategy and action I've taken in my career. Being flexible, relatable and results-driven are skills that carry over remarkably well to handling issues in the social media and marketing world. I combine my client-first mentality with my creative abilities and business knowledge in the work I do every day with my colleagues. It’s enabled me to help build a team that continually motivates each other while we all do what we love. My passion to be creative & get my hands dirty has lead me down many unexpected paths, from customer service & content creation, to ultimately growing into the agency director & playing a significant role in an organization that positively impacts thousands of business owners, which in my humble opinion, is the definition of job satisfaction. I’ve been brought to the table to make critical & sustaining decisions, which has developed a sense of business acumen that leads my creative instincts in every project I’m involved with. When I’m not working, you can find me in the water surfing San Diego’s finest waves, or out on the golf course, continually fighting off that dreaded slice!
