John Eck

Insightful, creative executive, with extensive debt and capital markets experience. I grew up in a traditional commercial banking environment at ABN Amro and LaSalle Bank for twenty years. Since that time, I have been involved in financial management, turn-around; m&a; capital raising and transaction execution. Most recently, I act as Chief Financial Officer of a real estate development company, including all aspects of financial management, as well as acquisitions and debt transactions. Since joining, we have executed several major acquisitions and a significant disposition, as well as refinancing a property which we successfully turned around.Specialties: acquisitions- valuation and negotiation; capital raising, structuring and management; planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
