👋🏽 Hey, there! My name is John and I'm curious - how have you shown up for yourself today? 🎓 BA in Applied Psychology / Asian American Studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago (2014) and Digital Marketing Certification at General Assembly (2017) 🏙 Chicago Native, with a passion for strategic thinking, in-depth problem solving, and leadership/team development that enhances company culture and employee engagement. Through optimizing a company's team, I strengthen connections that deliver long term growth and success. 📚 My past experience delved in brand ambassador/marketing work at pop-up and activation events for multiple brands. This led me into the world of operations and customer experience in the rideshare/tech industry, where I served as an instrumental member of expanding Lyft's operations in Chicago at a brand new Driver Center soon after the company went public. Currently, I work in Quality Assurance spearheading a new quality program for our global Customer Org teams in the SaaS space with ActiveCampaign, a company that continues to grow in the Automated Customer Experience and CRM space. 💻 As for my future, I hope to one day to transition from an individual contributor role to a people management/project management role with a diverse, innovative, and creative team in the Tech/SaaS space. 🎞 In my free time, I love to practice videography, writing (poetry & music), playing a variety of games (mainly video games and board games), and dancing. I find fulfillment in new experiences (events, food, travels, etc.)! 💪🏽 My strengths lie in Quality Assurance, Training & Enablement, Change Management, Data Analysis, & Content Creation.
