John Erickson

Throughout my career, I have developed and demonstrated a broad range of customer service and management skills that have been key in successfully guiding my organization through diverse initiatives and challenges. I have been integral in serving on and leading teams through numerous situations involving workplace redesign in union and non-union settings, seeking out agreements with labor to satisfy mutual interests, managing to financial objectives and defending challenges when needed. My successful track record proves that I have the creativity to determine a path to reach organizational goals, the tenacity to stay the course and the ability to achieve the desired outcome. By being thorough and personable, I have also found ways to effectively facilitate teamwork and positive relationships with all stakeholders - employees, clients, co-workers, managers and outside organization representatives. I am a creative problem solver and a loyal, hard-working contributor or leader.
