John Faulconer

I am an attorney licensed to practice law in California and Florida. Before moving to California I worked as a Dependency attorney in Miami, and am currently doing so in San Jose. I argued in court daily, managed a large case load, wrote and argued motions, and argued bench trials. I have client management skills that are both pre and post-adjudicatory and handled negotiations and mediations. I am passionate about giving clients the best possible legal representation and getting them the best possible outcomes. I believe strongly in public service, but am excited about new possibilities in my legal career. I enjoy arguing for my clients in court and litigation practice.
