I am the Head of the Dublin office of Saffery Champness. I have significant experience in financing film and television projects having raised finance and advised on a broad range of transactions including large international TV series, feature films and childrens animation series. I also provide tax advice to individuals and corporates across a broad range of issues and tax heads and have significant experience in advising on global inbound/outbound corporate structures, exploiting IP as well as high net worth individuals and owner managed businesses. Our 15-strong team provides a broad range of services to the Film and Television Sector including Audit, Compliance, Company Secretarial, Corporate Finance and Tax. We are the leading experts in Section 481 and film finance advisory and compliance in Ireland. We work very closely with our UK Film and Television colleagues in the UK who comprise a 60-strong team including nine partners and who are recognised as the leading experts in creative industry tax credits in the UK.
