• 7+ Total years of Qualified Trainer experience; including Cell culture, Cell Banking, Large Scale (Fermentation, Purification) and Small Scale (Synthesis, Preps) operations. • Proficient in all Biosafety Cabinet (BSC), Bioreactor and routine inoculums unit operations including Thaws, Media equilibrations and transfers, Inoculums sampling and transfer operations. • Subject Matter Expert of Bench top equipment; scales, tube welders and tube sealers, pumps, pH/Conductivity meters, Centrifuges, Thermocyclers, Wave rockers as well as many different sampling analyzers including AKTA ready and AKTA pilot along with SUM’s (single use mixers). • Experienced in Automated and digital systems DeltaV, Syncade, SAP, Smartsheets, Sequencher, Unicorn, Pi and Veeva. • Follow written procedures per MBR, eBR batch records and standard operation procedures (SOP’s)to generate accurate and consistent data. • Skilled in electric and paper batch records reviews (i.e., making corrections, investigating errors, verification of materials and equipment).
