Over the last decade, I helped scale 3 companies as a Head of Product, resulting in two acquisitions ($140M+) and over $50M in venture capital funding. With each company, I saw the same problem: product teams were disconnected from revenue. Then in 2019, I joined Format, where there was no sales team. I was in charge of revenue myself. As a head of product, I had to be very thoughtful about not only building value for our users, but also about how we could use that value to generate revenue from our customers. The results were phenomenal. We got so good at understanding how to grow $ through product changes, that we could forecast MRR growth 12 months in advance with 90%+ accuracy. After Format was sold in 2021, I decided to start Buyerson Inc. To leverage these learnings to help more SaaS companies. Buyerson Inc. Is a boutique consulting and research company that serves B2B SaaS companies in the $5M-50M range. We help our customers with customer research, pricing & packaging, and PLG implementations.
